Sterilize. Prevent. Protect.

Dedicated to sterilizing dogs in Bali and reducing the stray dog population, we aim to create a sustainable future where animals are protected and the environment flourishes.

What Is Our Misson?

Our mission is to help reduce the overpopulation of stray dogs in Bali, addressing the growing crisis that is affecting both animals and humans.

Why is this important?

Bali currently faces a dire situation with nearly 800,000 stray dogs roaming its streets. These unfortunate creatures suffer from malnutrition, rabies, scabies, and other infectious diseases, posing a danger to both the stray and domestic dog populations, as well as humans. The increasing number of stray dogs, particularly on Bali's beaches, has also become a frightening issue for tourists. Rabies and other diseases are a serious concern, especially considering that tourism accounts for 80% of Bali's GDP, with the majority of the population working in the industry. In 2024 alone, stray dogs were responsible for hundreds of scooter accidents, and over dozens cases of rabies caused by strays have resulted in serious consequences for the victims.

Our Solution.

Our solution is simple: we have a dedicated team of volunteers who humanely capture stray dogs, then transport them to a licensed sanitation facility where they undergo sterilization operations. These procedures, costing $35 per dog, are performed under general anesthesia, ensuring that the dogs experience no pain. Afterward, the dogs are placed in a shelter to recover and potentially be adopted, helping to reduce the stray dog population and prevent future issues. Scroll down to learn how it works.

How Does It Work

We collect your donations

Your generous contributions are gathered through our platform to fund our mission of sterilizing stray dogs. Every donation, no matter how small, goes a long way in helping us reduce the stray dog population and prevent the suffering of animals.

With those funds, we search for dogs to sterilize.

Once the donations are collected, we actively search for stray dogs in need of sterilization. Our team works diligently to identify animals that will benefit from the procedure, ensuring that we prioritize the most vulnerable and at-risk dogs in our community.

If we can't sterilize a dog ourselves, we partner with a local organization.

In cases where we are unable to perform the sterilization ourselves, we donate the funds to a trusted local organization that we have partnered with. These organizations have extensive experience and access to hundreds of stray dogs, allowing them to carry out the sterilizations efficiently and effectively. By collaborating, we maximize our impact and ensure that as many animals as possible benefit from our efforts.
What's My Story Section

What's My Story

Back in 8th grade, my greatest aspiration was to save as many dogs as I could. My very first rescue was Baki—his picture is right here. At first, I had planned to have him sterilized and then put him up for adoption. But as I spent more time with him, something changed. I grew a deep, personal connection with Baki that I couldn’t ignore. I realized I couldn’t part with him. Deciding to keep him was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only did I save his life, but he also became an integral part of this charity. Baki has helped me rescue many other lives, and now, I’m planning to sterilize dogs all over Bali to prevent the suffering of countless strays. He is my inspiration, the driving force behind everything I do, and the reason I continue to fight for the lives of stray dogs every single day.
